XDC Network is expanding its global presence with the opening of its London office in the heart of the world's leading financial district. The London office will serve as a strategic hub for the next generation of financial infrastructure, focusing on:

Located near Bank Station and the Bank of England, the office will engage with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, policymakers, technology providers, and enterprise partners across the UK and globally.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented professional to become the operational backbone of the XDC Network ecosystem in London. This role goes far beyond traditional office administration. The successful candidate will serve as the central coordinator for ecosystem activities, executive engagements, events, stakeholder management, and international collaboration across the XDC Network community. The individual will represent the London office and help facilitate interactions with leading institutions across banking, payments, digital assets, trade finance, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the London office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, vendors, supplies, and office services.
- Coordinate visitor management, executive meetings and local meetups.
- Maintain a professional environment suitable for high-level institutional engagements.
- Support leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative activities.
- Ecosystem Coordination
- Act as the central point of coordination for the London ecosystem.
- Facilitate communication between global XDC stakeholders and the London office.
- Coordinate activities with teams and partners across: United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Singapore, India, Europe, Australia, Brazil.
- Events & Community Engagement
- Organize and host ecosystem meetups, workshops, networking sessions, executive roundtables, and investor events.
- Coordinate participation in major fintech, blockchain, trade finance, and digital asset conferences.
- Manage event logistics, invitations, guest lists, venue setup, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem participants and strategic partners.
- Institutional & Government Relations Support
- Support engagement activities involving: Banks, Financial institutions, Fintech companies, Trade finance organizations, Digital asset firms, Regulators, Policymakers, Industry associations.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, briefing notes, and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholder visits and executive delegations.
- Executive Support
- Assist senior leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Track action items arising from executive meetings.
- Maintain records of ecosystem interactions and partnership activities.
- Support global coordination across multiple time zones.
Desired Qualifications
- Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration, operations, executive support, community management, ecosystem management, or stakeholder relations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience coordinating events and managing external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
