The predicted salary is between 58500 - 71500 Β£ per year.
The role involves leading the Techno-functional side of an IBM Maximo implementation, working across asset, work and materials management, and ensuring engineering data from SAP PLM integrates smoothly into the maintenance environment.
What you will be doing:
- Configuring Maximo across work management, asset hierarchies, PMs, job plans and inventory.
- Running workshops with maintenance, reliability and engineering stakeholders to turn process into configuration.
- Mapping engineering BOM and change data from SAP PLM into Maximo asset and item structures.
- Supporting data migration, cleansing and validation.
- Producing functional specs, test scripts and handover documentation.
- Supporting UAT, go live and early life support.
What you will need:
- Proven hands-on Maximo consulting experience across full lifecycle implementations.
- Working knowledge of SAP PLM and its integration with EAM and asset data.
- Strong grasp of maintenance and reliability processes in an asset-intensive environment.
- Confident client-facing skills, able to engage effectively with both engineers and maintainers.
Nice to have:
- Maximo Application Suite (MAS) experience.
- Integration experience via MIF, MEA or middleware.
