Service Contract Sales Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team, specialising in Construction Machinery. This role involves managing the entire sales process, from identifying and developing new business opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. Sales and Business Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends, collect industry and competitor information, and develop sales strategies. Assist with product certification and licensing in the UK and Ireland to ensure compliance with local regulations and market entry requirements. Customer Relationship Management Sales Administration & Budgeting Monitor and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize profitability. Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from clients. Work with finance and accounts teams to track payments, credit terms, and financial documentation. Address any customer concerns related to machinery performance, service, and repairs. Proven experience in forklift sales, material handling equipment, or related industrial machinery sectors. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, particularly in B2B environments. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and distribution partners. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing to the wider sales team. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and complex sales cycles. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Full UK driving license (or equivalent) and willingness to travel across assigned regions for client visits and site demonstrations. Competitive salary with an commission structure.
