We are investing, expanding and positioning ourselves to capture meaningful market share across MEWPs and Industrial Material Handling. We are seeking a commercially formidable leader to take ownership of this journey.
Your Mission
- You will take full commercial responsibility for the MEWPs & Industrial Material Handling portfolio across UK&I.
- Owning revenue, margin and market share growth.
- Building strategic partnerships across rental, construction, logistics and industrial sectors.
- Winning high-value contracts in competitive environments.
- Shaping go-to-market strategy and sector positioning.
- Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team.
- Driving disciplined pipeline governance through Salesforce CRM.
You will operate at both strategic and operational levels β influencing senior stakeholders while remaining close to major negotiations and key accounts.
Who You Are
- You are already succeeding in access equipment, MEWPs, industrial material handling or related capital equipment sectors.
- You bring a proven record of delivering ambitious revenue targets.
- Experience selling into rental companies, contractors and industrial operators.
- Confidence leading complex, long-cycle negotiations.
- The resilience required to build sustainable market presence.
- The ability to balance entrepreneurial drive with structured corporate governance.
You are commercially sharp, politically aware and comfortable operating within a global framework while building a strong UK market identity.
