XCMG UK Sales and Services Limited is a subsidiary of XCMG Group. Our brand new young and international team is looking forward to your support. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team, specialising in Construction Machinery.
This role involves managing the entire sales process, from identifying and developing new business opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers.
- Lead the product development team to improve products to meet market demands.
- Assist with product certification and licensing in the UK and Ireland to ensure compliance with local regulations and market entry requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to maximize profitability.
- Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from clients.
- Work with finance and accounts teams to track payments, credit terms, and financial documentation.
- Address any customer concerns related to machinery performance, service, and repairs.
Proven experience in machinery sales, construction equipment, or a related industry is required. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. A full UK driving license (or applicable license for the location) is necessary.
