We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDM to drive market expansion and business growth for our Aerial Work Platform (AWP) product line across designated European regions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing new client relationships and achieving strategic sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market development and new client acquisition for the AWP product line within the assigned region.
  • Formulate and execute annual sales plans to achieve company-set performance targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, facilitating project finalization and order conversion.
  • Collaborate with technical support and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including bidding, quotation, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide regular updates to HQ and regional management on market trends and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) industry.
  • Solid understanding of the European market customer landscape (e.g., construction firms, rental companies, municipal units).
  • Professional proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Proven ability to independently develop new markets, with strong resilience and adaptability to frequent travel.
  • Background in construction machinery, equipment rental, or industrial services is a strong plus.
