About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDM to drive market expansion and business growth for our Aerial Work Platform (AWP) product line across designated European regions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing new client relationships and achieving strategic sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive market development and new client acquisition for the AWP product line within the assigned region.
- Formulate and execute annual sales plans to achieve company-set performance targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, facilitating project finalization and order conversion.
- Collaborate with technical support and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage the entire sales process, including bidding, quotation, and contract negotiations.
- Provide regular updates to HQ and regional management on market trends and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) industry.
