We are looking to hire an Insight Analyst to join our Analytics Team here at XCM. Working on mid-level projects, we are looking for someone that can think like a consumer within retail, sports, gaming and deliver complex data insights to companies that are at the top of their industry. You will need to work well under pressure, be a fantastic problem solver, know when it's time to reach out for help, and if you happen to be a SQL and Big Data superstar, that would be great also!
Primary Purpose
- Support the lead analysts and client team in a dual role that strives to be a first go-to place for quick answers to analytical, campaign or data queries.
- Deliver first-class analysis measuring client customer performance of online and offline campaigns, alongside helping understand key client trends in a quick turnaround role.
- Ensure the delivery of key insights for all clients including BAU, projects and planned analytics on their roadmap as requested by the client team or the analytics team.
- Communicate findings to our clients or client team in a visually impactful way with a focus on actionable insight and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Lead Analysts and Client Team to drive ROI for our clients by providing fast turnarounds on small to middle size analytics/campaign related jobs.
- Analyse data through a range of marketing tools to serve the needs of each client by analysing; including but not limited to, customer sales and their purchasing behaviour, web traffic and user behaviour, email performance, direct mail performance, SMS performance and social media trends.
- Measure ROI of online and offline campaigns through all platforms available.
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).
- Support the CRM team on campaign optimisation recommendations and on occasion implementation.
- Produce analytical recommendations and deliver presentations demonstrating the value and the insight the work has delivered.
- Deliver BAU analysis and reporting within an agreed schedule.
- Confidently present analytics and recommendations both to colleagues and clients.
- Assist on larger, complex statistical projects to produce strategic actionable recommendations.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests raised by the client team with confidence and pace, utilizing all platforms available including but not limited to Horizon Analytics, Faststats, ESPβs, GA and other campaign platforms.
