Primary Purpose
To support the Head of Data Activation with:
- The concept, management and successful delivery of all Data Activation client-based projects (across the full XCM client portfolio).
- All associated departmental reporting, KPI's and insight, to measure the success of campaigns and departmental outputs.
- To collaborate with our clients and client management team across their digital communications and CRM requirements.
- To attend and contribute to strategic client planning sessions and to support all subsequent projects briefs and tasks.
- To expand XCM’s understanding of the latest CRM tactics and technologies.
- General departmental administration duties as and where required, including task tracking across activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Data Activation and Client Management team with:
- All ongoing client project work through the PAD (Projects & Actions Document) framework.
- The development and execution of high-quality CRM and digital client campaigns and communications.
- The scoping of campaign and communications to support client’s engagement with customers through the whole lifecycle.
- All briefing associated with the XCM communications & contact strategy.
- Managing, updating and improving all reporting and KPI's associated with Marketing & Strategic Services projects.
- Sourcing and delivering competitor and industry research/benchmarks.
- Internal and client workshops around all associated disciplines and marketing techniques.
- Standard XCM reporting and dashboards, their framework, presentation and delivery both internally and to clients.
- The evolution of campaigns through testing strategies, performance indicators and audience insight.
Experience & Qualities
- Preferably holding a post-graduate degree in a Marketing related discipline.
- A solid understanding of the full, end-to-end marketing mix, covering both traditional (offline) and digital (online) marketing.
- Experience of working with marketing platforms (for example Emarsys, Dotdigital, Adobe Campaign etc…) specifically around maximising the use of different data types (Customer, relational data and event based).
- Ability to tackle and understand End-to-End Customer Lifecycle Marketing & Triggered/Behavioural Marketing Programmes.
- A good level of understanding of Campaign Process, Execution & Delivery.
- Polished skill sets in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Some comprehension of Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Must be able to understand and analyse campaign performance at a basic level.
