The role This Commercial Business Development Manager role is to lead from the front, to ensure the continual growth of the companys new business targets across the full portfolio of services whilst growing new business via direct sales and through partner sites.

The role requires a natural hunter who delivers profitable customer relationships through effective client interaction.

This role demands exceptional drive and tenacity, a forward-thinking attitude, and continual striving for excellence.

The applicant You must have proven new business creation experience within a logistics, pallet or parcel business.

Applicants currently working in a similar professional sales role with a provable track record of success are invited to apply if they have: Experience working for one of the 3PL / freight / fulfilment / transport / logistics providers Self-starter with a hunter mentality and relentless drive for new business.

Strategic thinker capable of selling value beyond price-per-pallet.
