We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Production Operative with a can-do attitude to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operating fast-paced machinery safely and efficiently
- Carrying out basic maintenance and machine setup tasks
- Completing routine quality checks to maintain high product standards
- Using your strong eye for detail to spot and report any variations to Team Leaders/Supervisors
- Reacting quickly to issues on the line to reduce waste and downtime
- Working towards targets and performance goals
- Taking part in department productivity meetings and contributing improvement ideas
