As a Trainee Recruitment consultant, you will be trained in all aspects of recruitment either on Temporary desk or permanent desk.
A Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
- Generating new sales and leads.
- Following up all potential sales leads.
- Liaising with new and existing clients.
- Interviewing and registering new candidates.
- Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Building strong candidate relationships.
- Conducting reference calls.
- Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.
- Compliance and industry knowledge.
We will take you through the stages of developing into a successful Consultant with the opportunity of progressing in your career.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- A genuine desire to learn the skills required in the role.
- Excellent work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude.
- A flair in sales.
- Have good telephone skills.
- IT literate and the ability to pick up and learn new information.
- Some work experience within a customer service environment.
The sucessfull candidate must have a driving licence as this role when trained will involve company visits.
