Overview: XCL are working on behalf of a specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing business delivering high-quality projects across the retail, commercial, residential, education, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in bespoke joinery or fit-out, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee multiple site-based projects nationwide * Track site progress and produce detailed reports * Prepare and manage RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) * Support the approval of manufacturing drawings by coordinating construction information * Lead internal and external project meetings * Manage subcontractors and ensure project deadlines are met * Collaborate closely with design teams to maintain accuracy and feasibility * Read and interpret architectural drawings, applying practical solutions * Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using Microsoft tools Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within bespoke joinery or interior fit-out (preferred) * Willingness and flexibility to travel for UK-wide site visits * Strong communication and client relationship management skills * Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure * Experience carrying out site surveys for manufacturing purposes * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook * CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are essential Benefits: * Competitive salary based on experience * Company car included * 25 days annual leave (plus 1 additional day for every year served, up to 30 days) * Company pension scheme * Life insurance
