Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Textiles Inspection Operative to join our clients production team. This role involves inspecting finished textile products to ensure they meet quality standards before distribution. Full training will be provided during the initial day shift period, after which you will transition to an afternoon/evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect textile products for defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues
- Identify and report faults such as stitching errors, fabric flaws, or colour inconsistencies
- Ensure all items meet company quality standards and specifications
- Accurately record inspection results and complete relevant documentation
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in textiles and quality inspection is essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot defects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and undertake training
- Flexibility to move to the 2:00pm – 10:00pm shift after training
