XCL are currently recruiting for an administrator who can support our clients' commercial and valuation team. This role would be ideal for someone who has excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the current property market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create brochures for each property and ensure the property records are accurately maintained.
  • Produce contractual letters and any other formal business reports.
  • Obtain proof of land registry ownership.
  • Liaise with vendor and landlord.
  • Book viewings and market appraisals.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
  • Maintain all property records to a high standard and in line with data protection.
  • Manage your own workload and responsibilities, ensuring all tasks are completed every day.
  • General administration, such as filing, scanning, photocopying etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure during busy periods.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional mannerism at all times.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, 37.5 hours a week.
