We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Business Development Executive to join our cyber security team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales or tech who wants to gain hands-on experience in business development, partner management, and administrative operations. You will support both new business growth and the ongoing success of our existing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development - Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads within the cyber security market.
  • Support senior team members in outreach activities, including emails, calls, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Participate in basic product presentations, discovery calls, and proposal preparation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Partner & Sales Support - Provide administrative support to existing partners, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Maintain updated partner records, agreements, and activity logs.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing partner reports, and tracking partner performance metrics.
  • Help coordinate joint marketing activities, webinars, and promotional campaigns with partners.
  • Administrative & CRM Duties - Manage and update CRM entries, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and partner interactions.
  • Support the sales team with organizing files, preparing sales materials, and generating sales reports.
  • Assist in preparing RFP responses, quotes, and standard documentation.
  • Help ensure smooth internal communication between sales, technical, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Interest in cyber security, technology solutions, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of cyber security concepts is a plus (training provided).
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
  • A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
