Xceptor in London is seeking a People & Culture Partner to join our hybrid London office.

You will partner with Engineering and Product to develop the people strategy and act as the primary contact for stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you’ll support a multi-country setup and drive the people agenda during a growth phase.

Role involves organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
