Requirements

  • 5-8 years’ experience in field marketing in the FinTech / SaaS space
  • Experience managing tradeshows, and hosted and partner events, both online and in-person, with a targeted, regional focus
  • Understanding of marketing platforms (Hubspot) and sales CRM systems (SalesForce – SFDC)
  • Ability to experiment with new creative ideas to effectively reach, engage, and persuade external target audiences
  • Ability to independently partner with sales executives, communicate and influence to gain buy-in on marketing plans and ambitions
  • Demonstrated contribution to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Ability to negotiate with external vendors to get the best deals and deliver high quality events within budget
  • Results orientated
  • Keen eye for detail and focus on high quality is important
  • Tech savvy – able to work and understand purpose of various marketing tools and platforms
  • Degree accreditation desired, but not essential

What the job involves

  • Primary objective is to generate qualified leads in line with Xceptor’s regional business plan
  • This will include planning, identifying and analysing customer and prospect demand, developing year on year plans, building regional programs and managing a regional budget
  • Develop an understanding of our platform and solutions to create and execute multi-channel demand generation marketing activities that align with market opportunities, driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue goals
  • Deliver convertible pipeline for EMEA & APAC aligned to overall business targets for the region, and aligned to regional marketing targets
  • Manage our end-to-end events strategy, including planning and coordinating tradeshows, speaking slots, and hosted events, both online and in-person
  • Analyse marketing program outcomes, draw insights, and present results to inform decision-making and stakeholders
  • Understand lead scoring, the enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle (MQLs and SQLs), and have knowledge and experience of working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (SalesForce)
  • Take ownership of the EMEA & APAC regional marketing budget and report on ROI
  • Partner with the Product Marketing team to identify campaign themes and content to be delivered at events through speaking engagement, and sharing thought leadership with clients and prospects
  • Align and partner with regional BDRs
