Registered Nurse Opportunity To £43,000 DOE and qualifications + £2,000 per year bonus + Business mileage reimbursed at 45p/mile plus excellent benefits including contributory pension, uniform, RCN and NMC fees reimbursed and 26 days holiday + BHs.

We currently have a vacancy for a Urology Nurse. Are you a Registered Nurse, Staff Nurse, Nurse Advisor (RGN/RN) with urology experience looking for a new career with a healthcare company committed to providing high calibre urology & stoma care services for patients? A prescriber qualification is an advantage but not essential.

Full Time Hours: Monday to Friday. Role is a mix of working at home doing online patient calls & seeing patients in their home or in clinics across Liverpool.

Our client is a family-owned business that has become one of the leading home delivery companies for Stoma, Urology and Wound Care products. As a successful Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC), they pride themselves on providing a home delivery service dedicated to the care of each individual they work with. They have a Nurse Advisor team covering the UK providing support to the NHS by seeing patients in person or online.

They are currently looking for a Registered Nurse with urology experience to join their team. You will spend 3 days a week visiting patients at home or in clinics and the remainder of the week running remote patient appointments from an office space in your home by video conferencing. Most of your time will be spent reviewing patients either face to face in their own homes or online from your home. You will set up clinical reviews and assessments for patients and Appliance Use Reviews (AURs) to ensure they are confident and competent using urology appliances. Patients will be referred to you either directly or by Urology/Continence Nurse Specialists.

To be considered for this exciting Registered Nurse role you will meet the following:

  • Level 1 UK Registered Nurse (Adult RN or RGN)
  • Urology experience is essential
  • V150 (Community Practitioner Nurse Prescribers) or V300 (Independent and Supplementary Prescribers) qualifications are beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
