An IT Solutions provider are looking for an IT Trainier to join a Housing Company for an inital 6 month contract onsite in Warrington.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver ICT training through classroom sessions, webinars and floor-walking support.
Create engaging learning materials including guides, presentations, videos and e-learning.
Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
Maintain training documentation, LMS content and self-service knowledge resources.
Support system implementations, upgrades and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Continuously improve training content through learner feedback and business engagement.
Travel to business sites to deliver training where required.
Skills & Experience
Experience delivering IT systems training.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience creating training documentation and e-learning content.
Ability to quickly learn new business systems and explain technical concepts clearly.
Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; LMS experience is desirable CIPD or Learning & Development qualification.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
