We are working on a retained search with an exciting AI company who is about to secure a $75M Series B, are at £25M ARR, and targeting £100M. The product has PMF and they are now looking for a VP Product to help scale it properly.
With multiple squads, an expanding US presence, and annual ARR targets that double year-on-year, they need a VP of Product to take ownership and grow it into something world-class.
What you’ll own:
- The product strategy and execution for their fastest-growing product line — 350% revenue growth last year
- A team of 4 PMs, scaling quickly and you’ll design the org structure as it grows
- A seat at the exec table, working closely with the CEO, CTO, and VP of AI
- The challenge of keeping an AI-native product ahead of the curve in a space that’s moving extraordinarily fast
