Xcede is hiring two to three Delivery Consultants to join our permanent search team in London. You will own the candidate side of our search, sourcing, engaging and representing top technical talent. You’ll be the first contact for many candidates and your work shapes the shortlists shown to clients.
You’ll support top billers, run creative outreach, screen candidates, and manage them through interview, offer and beyond. A hybrid setup with two days at home from our London office is available.
