We are looking for a senior SME-level specialist to provide independent challenge, oversight, and assurance across critical technology platforms and services. This role focuses on reviewing resilience designs, challenging assumptions, assessing remediation plans, and ensuring critical services meet resilience expectations across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review resilience of critical services and technology platforms
- Challenge resilience designs, assumptions, and remediation plans
- Track remediation of weaknesses, risks, and control gaps
- Provide independent oversight across resilience governance and assurance forums
- Work closely with Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Audit, and senior stakeholders
- Deliver risk opinions, challenge reviews, and governance input
Ideal Background
- Strong experience in technology resilience, operational resilience, or enterprise architecture
- Experience reviewing critical services, platform resilience, and recovery planning
- Strong understanding of technology risk, controls, governance, and assurance
- Ability to provide independent challenge at senior stakeholder level
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable
- Strong fits may come from enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology risk, operational resilience consulting, or resilience assurance backgrounds.
