We're working with a tech business backed by one of Europe's largest logistics funding rounds to find a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team in London.
About the Role
You'll sit within their biggest and most data-rich squad, focused on last mile delivery operations. Day to day you'll be designing and building foundational data models, driving data quality across the platform, and playing a key role in the data layer that powers a growing set of agentic AI systems.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in an analytics engineering, data engineering or analytics role
Required Skills
- Strong SQL across BigQuery and PostgreSQL
- Solid dbt experience, building and maintaining scalable, reliable DAGs
- Python proficiency for scripting, automation and data manipulation
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate your own workflow
Preferred Skills
- Dagster or Airflow experience is a nice to have
- Any exposure to ML workflows or real-time pipelines
Pay range and compensation package
£100,000 to £130,000 base salary plus equity, with annual top-ups. Private health and dental cover. 25 days holiday plus enhanced parental leave, 4 days on-site, 1 remote.
