You will join a wider community of advanced analysts, working closely with product managers, engineers and operational teams to turn data into real product change. You’ll work across varied products, features and regions, helping keep customers’ finances safe while keeping the experience smooth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and track key product metrics, holding teams accountable through the quarter
- Run discovery analyses to scope new opportunities and improve products and customer experience
- Build data pipelines, reports and visualisations that let stakeholders make product decisions and changes
- Turn insights into clear recommendations for product managers and senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years analysing data in a professional setting
- Strong SQL and Python experience
- Strong quantitative grounding, ideally from a scientific or technical background
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, persuasive narratives
- Flexible and creative: comfortable moving between multiple projects involving sensitive financial data, adapting quickly and finding original solutions to business problems
- A drive to help Product Managers solve business problems through data and provided insights
