We're supporting a major UK broadcaster on the search for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme focused on broadcast advertising technology. This is a specialist role requiring someone who can bridge business and technology, with deep domain expertise across the UK television advertising ecosystem.

You'll need:

  • Extensive experience as a Lead or Senior Business Analyst delivering complex technology change programmes.
  • Deep understanding of the UK broadcast media sector.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast advertising sales workflows, including:
    • Media buying
    • Inventory management and forecasting
    • Campaign optimisation
    • Traffic management
    • Billing and reconciliation
  • Experience working with broadcast ad management platforms, ideally Landmark.
  • Knowledge of key industry platforms such as Caria, Clearcast and Mediaocean.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders across commercial, operations and technology teams, translating business requirements into deliverable solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
