We are currently working with an exciting scaling business, who are looking to bolster their Marketing function, as they look to hire a B2B Marketing Manager. As they look to scale across the business in 2025, this hire will be their first dedicated Marketing hire, with a chance to shape the function from Day 1. Our client is a tech-led organisation, looking to drive change within the FinTech space, having recently won awards and received significant VC funding.
To note - this is a hybrid role, based in SE London 3 days per week.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, PR, content, SEO, and events.
- Manage relationships with external marketing, PR, and creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and materials.
- Plan and coordinate industry event participation, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events, to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Own the awards calendar and submission process, ensuring strategic alignment with brand positioning.
- Support the development and distribution of thought leadership content in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimise website performance, working with SEO experts and developers to improve rankings and conversion rates.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and justify budget spend.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align messaging, campaign targeting, and content development.
Proven experience in a broad B2B marketing role, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector. Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end campaigns across digital, content, events, and PR. Strong experience managing and collaborating with external marketing agencies and freelancers. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders. Clear understanding of how to build brand awareness and generate demand in a B2B context.
