Xcede have started working with an AI consulting firm who help large organisations design, build, and deploy real-world Generative AI systems. They work with very well-known brands and generate multi‑million‑pound revenues! Wanting to grow their team from 150 engineers to 300, and also being around 10 engineers short across projects, they urgently need new capable engineers. This means you will be joining at a time where you are genuinely needed and can have an immediate impact!
Their ideal candidate will have a software engineering background who is now an AI Engineer working with LLMs.
You will:
- Design and build LLM-powered applications
- Develop Python-based microservices
- Build AI agents and workflows
- Integrate models into production systems
- Work on multiple client projects
- Lead delivery on some engagements
- Review code and mentor engineers
Requirements:
- At least 3 years enterprise experience
- Proficiency in LLM integration into applications, deployment and product ionisation
- Proficiency with Python
- Having built microservices
