You will join a growing AI function operating within a modern cloud ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of AI initiatives from early discovery through to deployment and impact measurement
  • Work with operational and business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for generative AI and advanced analytics
  • Build, test, and deploy AI services within a cloud-native environment, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, DevOps specialists, data teams, and security functions to embed AI into production systems
  • Contribute to shaping the broader AI roadmap and prioritisation of use cases
  • Provide technical mentorship to engineers within the team and help raise standards across AI delivery
  • Balance rapid experimentation with long‑term maintainability and platform robustness

What They’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions into live commercial environments
  • Proven ability to take models from concept through to production with measurable business value
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern ML and GenAI tooling
  • Experience working within cloud platforms, ideally AWS, including deployment and infrastructure considerations
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work independently, refine problem statements, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines
