You will be a great fit if…
- (Experienced recruiters) You have 360 experience sourcing candidates and developing new and existing clients, with a strong billing track record, ideally in permanent recruitment in UK tech.
- (Entry-level recruiters) You have previous sales experience, with multi-channel pitching experience and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and gain customer trust.
- Creative spirit, bringing new ideas to help us improve daily and work with the team.
- You are a team player who thrives in a competitive environment.
