Key Requirements
- Previous Insurance industry experience (essential)
- Strong PMO leadership experience, including leading or mentoring PMs/PMO teams
- PRINCE2 and Agile delivery experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or ITBM
- Strong portfolio and programme governance experience
- Experience translating business priorities into delivery plans
- Ownership of project health, RAID and RAG reporting
- Running Steering Committees (SteerCos) and producing executive-level reporting
- Financial tracking, resource planning and portfolio reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management, with experience engaging senior leadership
