We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Architect + Developer to lead the design and development of our Recruiter CRM solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. This hybrid role combines architectural leadership with hands-on development.
Solution Architecture
- Define end-to-end architecture for D365 Sales implementation, including data model, security, and integration strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Establish architectural standards for customizations, Power Platform components, and integration patterns.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance frameworks.
Development & Customization
- Configure D365 Sales: entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
- Develop custom components using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps).
- Build workflows and automation using Power Automate.
- Implement plugins, custom APIs, and Dataverse extensions for advanced functionality.
Integration & Extensibility
- Integrate D365 with external HR systems and microservices via REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems ensuring integrity and consistency.
- Optimize performance and scalability through best practices in CI/CD (Azure DevOps).
Analytics & Reporting
- Design and deploy Power BI dashboards for actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Experience in D365 Sales module customization and integration.
- Experience in Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, solution design principles, and security modeling.
