Job Description Network & Telephony Engineer \n \n Permanent Role \n Hybrid - Shrewsbury/Telford (1-2 days per week) \n \n \nWe're looking for a Network & Telephony Lead to take ownership of a key network and telephony environment across multiple sites. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You'll be expected to investigate complex issues, configure and design infrastructure, lead projects independently and provide technical direction to junior colleagues.\n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n \n \n Lead the design, configuration and delivery of network, security and telephony solutions. \n Troubleshoot complex issues across LAN, WAN and telephony environments. \n Lead multiple projects from discovery through to implementation, managing technical and deployment risks. \n Act as the technical authority for the environment and provide guidance to junior team members. \n Support migrations and upskill permanent technical staff. \n \n Essential Technical Experience \n \n \n Aruba Networking, Aruba ClearPass & FreeRADIUS \n Cisco & FortiGate Firewalls \n Mitel VoIP - physical and softphone environments \n
