We are looking for an experienced Service Design Lead to join a major Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity programme, supporting the transition of services into a robust operational steady state. The role will focus on ensuring services are properly designed, transitioned and operationally ready, with appropriate support models, governance and processes in place.

Required Experience Proven experience in Service Design and Service Transition Direct experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Strong cross-functional stakeholder management Strong experience transitioning services into BAU/operational steady state
