Recruitment Consultant – Data Science, ML, and AI

Xcede has started working with a very fast-growing fintech platform. Wanting a central brain to shape their AI strategy, you will help them become an AI-driven organisation.

Lead the development of production-ready AI capabilities — from experimentation to deployment — delivering personalised, automated, and scalable intelligence across their cloud-based platform using LLMs, agents, and retrieval-based approaches. You will therefore be working and mentoring with many different teams such as product, AI and engineering in order to shape the most efficient methods across the company.

Requirements

• Experience as a computer science or software engineer
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience using machine learning and AI frameworks
• Worked with LLMs
• Solid understanding of data modelling, statistical methods, and experimental design
• Experience developing APIs and embedding models within production systems
• Hands‑on experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure and modern LLMOps/MLOps workflows
• Demonstrated ability to balance speed of delivery with technical excellence
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively
