We are seeking a Scientific Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives across pharmaceutical R&D, CMC, and laboratory operations. This role will bridge scientific teams and technology functions to improve workflows, integrate laboratory systems, and support AI-enabled solutions within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from scientific stakeholders.
- Support digital transformation across CMC, R&D, and lab operations.
- Map and optimize laboratory and pharmaceutical development workflows.
- Integrate and improve data flow across ELN, LIMS, and other scientific systems.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, IT, and data teams to implement digital and AI/ML solutions.
- Translate scientific use cases into functional specifications and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity standards.
Required Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst within pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of CMC, R&D, and laboratory operations.
