Lead Product Manager (0–1, AI‑Driven B2C Fintech Product)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contact Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to circa £100K plus bonus and equity

A fast‑growing UK consumer fintech is looking for a Lead Product Manager to take full ownership of a greenfield, AI‑driven financial product which is likely to be category defining in the months ahead.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high‑impact product vertical, taking a new product from concept to launch.

The role:

• Own and lead an entire product vertical from research and strategy to GTM, launch and scale
• Define an ambitious product vision for an AI powered financial product
• Combine user insight, data, and market understanding to shape a compelling customer proposition
• Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, design, data, compliance, and business teams
• In the first 6‑9 months, you will get the product to a place that is ready for launch and establish early activation, adoption and user feedback loops.

The requirements:

• Proven ability to build, launch and scale new products from scratch in a founder or product‑led scale‑up
• Strong UX instincts and experience shipping consumer mobile applications
• Previous go‑to‑market experience from customer research to launch and scaling
• Experience in line managing/mentioring other Product Managers
• A genuine curiosity for AI with excitement to build a product that will be a game changer
