We are expanding our Data Engineering Recruitment desk in the UK, focused on permanent and FTE hires. This is a rare chance to join a high-performing team with deep relationships in the data space, built over decades. You'll be working alongside some of the UK’s most well-connected data recruiters.
Over the last 20 years, we have established ourselves as one of the go-to’s for data and AI recruitment in the UK through our industry leading networking events and roundtables, including:
- Speed Data-ing bringing together leaders in the data community
- Chief Data Officer roundtables
- In-person networking events put on for data professionals
- TA breakfast events
- Podcasts and interviews
We are open to bringing in Trainee Recruiters / Graduate Recruitment Consultants through to Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Recruitment Consultants.

You will be a great fit if…
- You have previous sales experience, with multi-channel pitching experience and strong negotiation and presentation skills
- You have 360 experience sourcing candidates and developing new and existing clients, with a strong billing track record, ideally in permanent recruitment in UK tech
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport and gain customer trust
- Creative spirit, bringing new ideas to help us improve daily and work with the team
- You are a team player who thrives in a competitive environment
