Junior / Entry-Level Support Engineer
Location: Gravesend, Kent (On-site)
Contract: Temporary – Monthly rolling
Hours: Full-time or Part-time available
Rate: Circa £130 per day (Inside IR35)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior / Entry-Level Support Engineer to join a busy IT team within a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is based on-site at modern offices in Gravesend, supporting both office and operational technology systems.
You will be providing 1st line technical support to end users, assisting with hardware, software, and networking tasks. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into IT support or build on existing entry-level experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone, email, and desk-side technical support to users.
  • Assist with the setup of new starters, including hardware, software, and account creation.
  • Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and basic Active Directory tasks (e.g. password resets).
  • Help maintain mobile devices, printers, and network-connected equipment.
  • Log and track issues using the helpdesk system.
  • Ensure equipment and asset records are kept up to date.
