ITSM Change Manager Glasgow\n Perm up to £110,000 | Contract £350pd Inside IR35 | Hybrid 3 days/week Glasgow\n \nI ampartnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy to find an Intermediate Change Manager for a technology-focused, ITSM-driven change function in Glasgow. This is a live, signed-off requirement with a start date around the first week of September available on a permanent or freelance basis.\n \nThis is a technology change role, not business change you'll be embedded in governance, CAB, and operational change activity across a complex enterprise technology environment, not managing organisational or people-side change. - Facilitating and supporting technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to change governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Coordinating change approvals across technical, operational, and business stakeholders
- Supporting risk and impact assessments for planned technology changes
- Producing governance reports, dashboards, and management information
- Managing change scheduling and resolving conflicts across multiple workstreams
- Identifying improvements to change management processes and controls

- 5+ years' experience in Technology Change Management, IT Service Management, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of IT change governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Experience supporting Change Advisory Boards (CABs), governance reviews, and approval processes
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and technology teams
- Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills
- ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) certification desirable
- Experience within large-scale, regulated enterprise technology environments
