I am partnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy to find an Intermediate Change Manager for a technology-focused, ITSM-driven change function in Glasgow. This is a live, signed-off requirement with a start date around the first week of September — available on a permanent or freelance basis.
This is a technology change role, not business change — you'll be embedded in governance, CAB, and operational change activity across a complex enterprise technology environment, not managing organisational or people-side change.
- Facilitating and supporting technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives
- Ensuring adherence to change governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Coordinating change approvals across technical, operational, and business stakeholders
- Supporting risk and impact assessments for planned technology changes
- Producing governance reports, dashboards, and management information
- Identifying improvements to change management processes and controls
5+ years' experience in Technology Change Management, IT Service Management, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of IT change governance, controls, and compliance frameworks.
ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) certification desirable.
Location: Glasgow — 3 days/week in office, or open to relocation.
First week of September (urgent requirement).
Perm salary: up to £110,000, dependent on experience.
Contract rate: up to £350 per day, Inside IR35 for 12 Months.
Basis: open to permanent or contract applicants.
