A fast‑growing UK consumer fintech is looking for a Lead Product Manager to take full ownership of a greenfield, AI‑driven financial product which is likely to be category defining in the months ahead. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high‑impact product vertical, taking a new product from concept to launch.
The role:
- Own and lead an entire product vertical from research and strategy to GTM, launch and scale
- Define an ambitious product vision for an AI powered financial product
- Combine user insight, data, and market understanding to shape a compelling customer proposition
- Drive cross‑functional execution across engineering, design, data, compliance, and business teams
- In the first 6‑9 months, you will get the product to a place that is ready for launch and establish early activation, adoption and user feedback loops.
The requirements:
- Proven ability to build, launch and scale new products from scratch in a founder or product‑led scale‑up
- Strong UX instincts and experience shipping consumer mobile applications
- Previous go‑to‑market experience from customer research to launch and scaling
- Experience in line managing/mentoring other Product Managers
