Senior Product Engineer Mobile & Modern Workplace

The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to shape and govern enterprise-scale Modern Workplace and Mobility solutions within a complex environment.
This strategic, design-focused role will involve owning High-Level Designs, defining technical strategy and providing architectural assurance. You will work with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, security teams and engineers to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned with wider technology roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and govern enterprise High-Level Designs.
  • Define solution architectures, service strategies and technical roadmaps.
  • Provide architectural assurance for new services and major changes.
  • Support Product Owners in shaping future service development.
  • Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concept and innovation activities.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and operational requirements.
  • Act as a technical authority across mobile, endpoint and Modern Workplace technologies. xiskglj
  • Engage with customers, partners and vendors to influence technical direction.

Technical Experience Strong hands-on and design-level experience across:

  • Microsoft Intune, MDM and MAM
  • Apple Business Manager and Google Zero Touch
  • iOS, iPadOS, Android Enterprise and macOS
  • Mobile security, compliance and device lifecycle management
  • Mac application packaging and vulnerability remediation
  • Specialist and ruggedised devices, including AR/VR technologies

Good working knowledge of:

  • Windows 10/11 and Windows Autopilot
  • Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365
  • Microsoft 365
  • Endpoint security and Identity and Access Management
  • Enterprise-scale endpoint services

Essential Requirements

  • Active UK SC clearance
  • UK-based with the right to work
  • Experience producing and governing enterprise-level solution designs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security principles
  • Experience working within large, complex organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional UK travel (1-2 times a quarter)
