We are seeking a skilled Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and optimising enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel & CoPilot Studio:
Configure and optimise Omnichannel and CoPilot Studio for live chat, voice, and digital messaging channels, including IVR setup. - Power Platform Development:
Build and manage solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and CoPilot Studio.
Familiar with ALM practices, including solution layering, source control, and CI/CD. - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement:
Configure and customise using business process workflows, custom actions, and JavaScript. - Programming & Scripting:
Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, and SQL for extending functionality and integrating with external systems. - Dataverse Management:
Design and govern enterprise-scale Dataverse environments, with a focus on security, performance, and data modelling. - Azure Integration:
Configure and optimise Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Key Vault to support automation and integration. - DevOps & CI/CD:
Apply Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps to manage the solution lifecycle and automate deployments. - XRM Toolbox:
Use XRM Toolbox for solution management, metadata analysis, and system administration tasks.
