Data Lead / Delivery Manager | Hybrid Working
I'm working with a growing organisation making significant investments in its data capabilities and looking for a strong Data Delivery Lead to help turn strategy into reality.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of complex data initiatives, bring technical teams and business stakeholders together, and ensure data products and insights are delivered effectively from source through to consumption.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of data products, pipelines and business insights across multiple teams.
- Managing complex dependencies, risks, priorities and delivery plans.
- Working closely with Data Engineering teams, business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery squads.
- Driving Agile delivery, removing blockers and keeping projects on track.
- Challenging and influencing stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business objectives.
What I'm looking for:
- Experience in Data Delivery, Data Programme Management or Data Project Management.
- A solid understanding of modern data platforms, data pipelines and data engineering.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and multiple delivery teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The confidence to navigate complexity, challenge where needed and drive outcomes.
