A leading technology services provider is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a high-impact digital transformation programme for a strategic end client based in the North East. The programme involves the migration of key business processes from Sage CRM into Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside integration with internal Power Platform solutions. This role spans both D365 Finance & Operations and CRM modules, offering a wide scope for hands-on development across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and CRM environments.
- Work closely with product managers to interpret business needs and deliver against user stories, features, and epics.
- Support the migration of critical data and workflows from Sage CRM into D365.
- Collaborate with teams building Power Apps to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end functionality.
- Contribute to the overall technical delivery across a large, strategic transformation project.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in D365 development, particularly across both CRM and Finance & Operations.
- Proven track record on large-scale digital programmes or strategic transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with and integrating Power Platform applications, especially Power Apps.
- Comfortable translating stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- This contract is Inside IR35.
- Ideally, the candidate will be available to work on-site in Sedgefield, but remote working is negotiable for highly suitable applicants.
- Immediate or short notice start preferred.
