As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be key to retaining and growing our service contract portfolio. You’ll:

• Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize product utilization
• Prepare and negotiate contract proposals, ensuring on-time renewals
• Build strong client relationships, attending performance reviews and advocating for their needs
• Analyze performance data to drive growth and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to deliver exceptional service

About You:

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Contract Manager, or similar
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative selling experience with technical aptitude
• Highly organized, proactive, and passionate about customer success
• Communications or marketing degree preferred
• Comfortable with travel for client meetings
