We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile ServiceNow programme within a major UK government environment. This role calls for a true ServiceNow all-rounder with broad platform knowledge, but with strong, hands-on experience in IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). You’ll be working in a complex, security-sensitive landscape where governance, stakeholder engagement, and structured delivery are critical.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects across multiple modules, with emphasis on IRM and SPM
- Managing stakeholders across technical teams, governance functions, and senior business leaders
- Driving structured project governance, RAID management, and reporting in a secure environment
- Coordinating cross-functional delivery teams including architects, developers, and SMEs
- Ensuring alignment between ServiceNow capability and wider organisational risk, portfolio, and transformation objectives
- Supporting programme planning, dependency management, and release coordination
- Working in a hybrid model with flexibility to travel across London and Birmingham sites as required
What we’re looking for:
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- Proven track record delivering ServiceNow programmes/projects in large, complex organisations
- Strong practical experience across the ServiceNow platform, particularly: IRM / GRC, SPM / PPM, ITSM and wider platform awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in regulated or government environments
- Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capability
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, multi-supplier delivery landscapes
