High-profile DevSecOps and automation transformation delivered by a specialized technology consultancy on a high-growth trajectory, working with a flagship financial services / insurance client. This is a senior, visible role where you will take ownership of the DevOps and automation function during a critical phase of change. You will be trusted to stabilise, modernise, and set the future direction of DevOps tooling, operating model, and delivery practices across a complex, regulated environment.

What you will be doing
- Owning the DevOps and automation strategy and roadmap.
- Leading CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation platforms.
- Managing DevOps engineers and tooling product owners across UK and offshore teams.
- Driving DevSecOps practices, governance, and release reliability.
- Acting as the DevOps lead into major transformation programmes.
- Partnering closely with architecture, security, and senior stakeholders.
- Managing vendors, SLAs, and DevOps tooling suppliers.
- Supporting FinOps and cloud cost optimisation initiatives.
What we are looking for
