We're recruiting on behalf of a generative AI engineering firm that partners with large enterprises to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions. Engineers design, build, and own solutions end to end, working directly alongside client teams from kickoff through to live deployment.
The business operates across a range of sectors including retail, financial services, travel, gaming, and sports, and consistently gets solutions into production within weeks rather than months. Engineers here work closely with one of the world's leading AI labs, with access to frontier models ahead of general release.
- Designing and building production generative AI applications, primarily LLM-based and agentic, for large enterprise clients
- End-to-end ownership from architecture and build through to deployment and iteration
- Serving as a technical lead and client-facing advisor within small, cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong Python engineering with a proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI in real, deployed contexts; 4-5+ years in applied software or AI engineering
